Did you pay with PayPal? Enter the invoice ID from PayPal's email receipt and we'll look it up.

    Almost definitely. If you think you didn't actually buy something from Gumroad, just email us at support@gumroad.com and we'll get you taken care of. If you know what you bought but are unhappy, please email the creator by replying directly to the receipt email. If they don't respond within a week, please email us and we'll get it resolved.
