Our beans are roasted fresh every three days (sometimes more often) in our top-of-the-line Diedrich Roaster. We always pay special attention to the quality of the roast. We are a small-batch coffee roasting company providing "good coffee" in the form of quality roasted beans, as taught by a master roaster. Since the beginning, we have been dedicated to roasting only the top quality green coffee beans from Cafe Imports, one of the top coffee wholesalers in the United States.
