End-User License Agreement for ASA

1. Acceptance: By downloading or using "ASA," you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Device.

2. License: Ostin Solo grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use ASA in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Usage Restrictions: Redistribution of ASA for commercial purposes, engaging in reverse engineering, or any similar activities are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Ostin Solo. Additionally, the development or use of any vocal recognition systems or comparable control devices that utilize ASA's technology for voice-based interaction within Ableton Live requires direct and explicit consent from Ostin Solo. Unauthorized use or distribution of such technology is a breach of these terms.

4. No Warranty: ASA is provided "as is," without any warranties.

5. Liability: Ostin Solo is not liable for damages resulting from the use of ASA.

6. Changes to Agreement: Ostin Solo may modify this Agreement at any time with notice.
